“The earth is the Lord’s, and all it contains—the world, and all who live in it.” If Psalm 24:1 is true, then everywhere you step is holy ground, and everyone you meet is sacred to him.
Every day you encounter people who think nothing of using, abusing, judging, and rejecting you. But that doesn’t change your reality. At least, it shouldn’t. You’re a living representation of God’s grace, goodness, healing, kindness, peace, joy, wisdom, and love, and you can choose to relate to everyone and everything from that reality.
See this day as God’s son or daughter, with an unlimited inheritance of grace and provision for what’s in front of you. Treat everyone as he shows you they can be, even if they’re living far below that right now. Let every place you walk, every word you speak, and every action you take be with him, and see your world come to life.
