At first, grace is a clean slate, which you use to keep track of your performance for God.
Later you discover you no longer need to work for God’s love, and you see grace as the power to do all you believe he’s called you to.
But then there’s a day you can’t take another step in your own strength, and he comes to carry, heal, and transform you, and you realize grace is another name for Jesus.
