‘Tis the Season

“Those who built the wall . . . worked with one hand, and held a weapon with the other” (Nehemiah 4:17).

This seems like a season from Nehemiah’s time. Whatever your circumstances, you may need to pursue the vision God has given you with your gifts, talents, experience, and wisdom in one hand, and daring faith, obstinate hope, unassailable peace, and ceaseless love in the other.
