Colossians 3:15 says, “Let the peace of Christ rule in your hearts.” This amazing verse literally means to let the peace of Jesus be the judge who decides how you’ll face every circumstance.
His peace stands between you and the most overwhelming moments, and declares you don’t have to let fear control your heart and mind. His peace empowers your heart to see with courage and confidence, and equips your mind to be continually renewed in his faith, hope, and love.
No matter what challenge you’re facing, you can overcome it. In his grace and strength, you can reset your mind, restore your heart, recover what’s been lost, and rebuild what’s been broken.
When you have a moment, read these—out loud, if possible. As you’re speaking life in agreement with Jesus, let his peace so fill your soul, you can’t hear him judge every anxious thought.
Philippians 4:6-7
