“Jesus put his hands on the blind man, then asked him if he saw anything. He looked up and said, ‘I can see people, but they look like walking trees.’ Jesus again put his hands on the man’s eyes, then had him look up. His vision was completely restored, and he saw everyone clearly” (Mark 8:22–26).
Don’t quit. Never give up. Maybe things aren’t apparent yet, but don’t let what hasn’t happened or what you don’t fully understand keep you from staying open to the love, healing, guidance, and grace God has for you. Clear vision is coming—keep looking up.
“Jesus said to me, ‘My grace will always be enough for you. Even when you’re at your weakest, my strength will complete you.’ Once I really got that, I quit obsessing over my weaknesses, and joyfully focused on Christ’s strength working in my life” (2 Corinthians 12:9, paraphrase).
