Today is Troll Appreciation Day, in honor of those who’ve given up so much of their freedom to judge how much freedom others should have.
While it’s easy to love the encouragers in your life, it’s often the critics and haters who make you more thankful for what God has done in your life, more authentic with yourself and others, and more determined to succeed. They regularly sacrifice their own peace and joy so you can have the opportunity to grow in yours.
Until Hallmark comes up with a Troll Day card, pray for them today. Thank God for all he’s taught you through them. Bless them and yourself by giving him the pain they’ve caused you. Pray they’d experience all the healing and grace they need to become all he’s actually created them to be.
