You are his servant. His plans and purposes for you are gracious and light, because he shoulders them with you.
You are his friend. You get to know what’s on his mind for you, and not worry about what’s not.
You are his child. You have the opportunity every day to receive and give away the infinite inheritance of his love.
“Why am I discouraged? Why is my heart so sad? I will again put my hope in God, and praise him. He will restore the smile to my face” (Psalm 43:5).
