“He makes me as strong and surefooted as a deer, enabling me to run on the mountains with him” (Psalm 18:33, paraphrase).
This is one of my favorite psalms, and one of my favorite photos, taken on a foggy morning at the coast. They remind me that even when I can’t see more than a step ahead, God provides joy for strength, peace for guidance, and beauty for the confident determination to keep going on the path to becoming who he says I am.
