God has never told me, “Your bitterness is justified. I agree it’s all the other person’s responsibility.”
But he’s also never said to me, “It’s all your fault, and all your consequences. Deal with it.”
What he has said to me is, “Come to me, you who are so wearied and burdened down, and I will give you rest. I will heal you, restore your heart, and renew your mind.”
