“Three things will last forever—faith, hope, and love—and the greatest of these is love” (1 Corinthians 13:13).
“The greatest of these is love” because even when it seems like you’ve run out of the first two, you are always, always loved. No matter where you are, or how you got here, you can start over from his love for you. Even when you can’t think or feel anything but pain, his faithful love will patiently heal and strengthen you until it restores your faith, renews your hope, and rekindles your love for him, yourself, and your world.
