Just a late-night thought: Don’t let your faith get reduced to a religious or political ideology, your hope to a desperate wish, or your love to a transient emotion.
Faith is the overflowing outward expression of your growing inner relationship with Jesus.
Hope is your constant and uncontainable state of awareness of his grace and goodness.
Love is your bedrock, your heartbeat, your mindset, and your guide in every step forward with him.
Don’t hold back giving them away because you’re afraid of not having enough. Faith, hope, and love aren’t something you earn and lose. They’re who you are, where you’re going, and what you get to do.
“Three things will last forever—faith, hope, and love—and the greatest of these is love” (1 Cor. 13:13).
