Lavish

“Lavish.”
It’s an odd word. We rarely use it, and when we do, it’s usually to describe an over-the-top lifestyle—someone who is extravagant, exuberant, and excessive to the practical mind.

“See what great love the Father has lavished on us, that we should be called children of God!” (1 John 3:1).
