Psalm 17:4-5 has been stuck in my head since yesterday. This is my paraphrase—maybe it’s for someone else also:
“I’m not trying to get my way in the world’s way. I’m determined to find your way for me. Though the road may be difficult, I know I won’t fall if I’m holding your hand. Step by step, I’m staying on your path. I’m not giving up.”
