One of the biggest keys to recognizing and rejecting the enemy’s lies is to make yourself so aware of God’s truth, grace, and love, there’s just no room for any of the enemy’s garbage. I know that seems overly simplistic, but maybe that’s because it’s supposed to be. Your thought life isn’t supposed to be a constant struggle to perform for God’s approval, but an overflow of your relationship with him.
